Hillary Clinton Explains the American Government to Pakistan

I’m reminded of this quote when I read that:
“ [G]overnment’s view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.” – Ronald Reagan
I guess in these “slower” economic times she decided to modify it a little bit!

Why do our elected officials keep making negative comments about our country? I know we don’t need to pretend we are perfect, but this frustrates me. Speaking bad about our country to other countries makes America look weak. People around the world already don’t like us; we at least need our representatives on our side!
I suppose that being honest does not fit into Emily’s thinking, besides, since when is taxing a sin..?? Who doesn’t tax their citizens?? A little more research into the current tax situation in Pakistan might help Emily. When aid to Pkistan was increased under Bush, Pakistan began to take the Republican path of taxing the poor.
But this helped the “extremists”..and combined with the feudal land ownership that exist there, helpes drive the peasants to the Taliban.. She is suggesting a more balanced and more widespread approach to taxing by her statement. Don’t get me wrong, I hate Hillary for her UNBALANCED thinking and speech on the ME…….. She wants Iran to tow the line and any percieved or real infraction is inflated to the maxium degree….. But Israel can make all the nukes it wants NO PROBLEM…… Israel can do all the things we take for granted here in the U.S. like putting CHILDREN to DEATH and TORTURING them too.. When “THEY” [whoever they are] do something like torture, rape or murder….. It is an astounding outrage!! but when it is US doing these things or our N0.1 ‘Welfare Queen’ [Israel] it is rogue elements, bad apples and unauthorized “actions”…… And Hillary has a tin ear having been exposed to Neocons and Ziocons too often for too long.. It is NOT O.K.
for Israeli’s to shoot pregnant arab women for sport and it is NOT O.K. for America to torture CHILDREN…… But it continues and is going on TODAY… Peoples inhumanity to other people is wrong no matter who is doing it.. If the Berlin wall was wrong, so is the wall in the West bank…..
